I was led to share the Prayer Routine in a video this past Sunday morning.

What was meant to be more of a Tutorial turned out to be a full Prayer and Healing Session.

The first 5 minutes is the Tutorial and from 5:07 is the ASMR Prayer.

The channeled message or focus of the Prayer is RELEASING & HEALING
